Very disappointed with this flower shop. My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday and Mother’s Day, and the arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the photos online. The vase was very small, the flowers looked almost dead, and it was extremely overpriced for what we received. Honestly, we could have bought something much nicer and fresher at Publix for much less. Very upsetting experience.

Avoid This Florist! Good afternoon, and happy Valentine’s Day to everyone! Unfortunately, I have to warn you about my terrible experience with this florist. If you’re considering buying flowers, I strongly recommend staying away from this place! My husband paid $120 for a dozen "big and tall" roses, only to receive a disappointing delivery of wilted, small, and poorly conditioned flowers. The vase was worth about $1, and the flowers seemed to be priced at around $9.99. Honestly, you could find better quality flowers at any grocery store for just $10. When we contacted the store to request a replacement, they informed us they had received similar complaints from other customers about their third-party vendors. My question is: Why do they continue to work with them? The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Look my pictures ! Delivered today. Tell me it is worth $120? This was the worst experience ever! I urge you to think twice before ordering from this florist. I will call our bank immediately! Scam !!!

I ordered a tropical flower arrangement yesterday to be delivered to my mother today for her 90th birthday. They were delivered on time and they were beautiful. My mother is ecstatic over them. I will order future flower arrangements from Yosvi Gardens. Thank you for your personal attention
